Most recently one of my dogs had a GI issue in the weekend when the clinic was closed. On their website there is a link to send a message. I sent a message, and to my surprise, Dr. Mountain responded to me quickly with a plan and instructions on. Sunday to get me through to the next day, then scheduled an appointment for the next morning. She and all the help are very conscientious and provide excellent care and advice for our aging pets. You just know they really care for your pets and do their best to get them the help they need. I am usually able to get emergency same day appts, and they are very accommodating when it comes to picking up medications for my dogs on my lunch hour. The doctor paid us a home visit when it was time to put my elderly dog down. She didn't rush the process at all and gave us all the time we needed. She handled my dog's body with care and coordinated with Heavenly Pets Memorial to have cremation and paw prints down. A sympathy card came in the mail about a week after the euthanasia, the whole team signed it and wrote sweet notes. Dr. Mountain's fees are reasonable and competitive for the quality of care and time spent with us. She offers many methods of payment (although you should know Care Credit is not accepted.) I recommend Dr. Mountain's clinic to everyone I know. She's simply the best, and our pets deserve the best.
